The multi laminated pre-stretched films are obtained through a reinforcing system of the edges by the overlapping of 2 lane stripes. This is a unique film among the pre-stretched ones of 500 mm. wide. It allows a reduction in the number of wraps and in working time and its tear resistance is higher than the common films nowadays on the market. In the tree reinforcing stripes version (one in the middle of the film) the mechanical resistance reaches extremely high values avoiding the propagation effect in case of accidental breakages. The new generation of our laminating – pre-stretching machine is able to produce multi-laminated films (with or without insertion of films partially or totally pre stretched) – thickness from 6 to 50 my suitable:
– to save film consumption
– for superior tear resistance
– for very high pallet stability
– for any type of unstable load even with square and sharp edges (avoiding propagation of film perforation)
– for exceptional cling to the pallet base (avoids overturning)
– for light loads and fragile products (7my films)
– for medium, heavy or extra heavy loads like steel coils and paper coils
– for bespoke films with superior pre-stretch properties
