The AC-A is the re-reeler engineered for a dedicated production of aluminum film household rolls. It has composed by a shafted unwinder with powder or pneumatic or motorized brake. On request unwinding tension control through load-cell system and brushless motor as rewinding tension control.
The roll starting can be glue-less and/or trough hot melt glue or by vacuum system. The finished rolls can be closed by label or using hot melt glue or kept unlabeled and conveyed to packaging lines to dedicated guides. On request embossing units (geometrical, end roll message, micro embossing with bright logo). This model is available with 4, 5 or 6 rewinding stations.
