The unwinding station is characterized by two main features:
1 – unwinding shaft motorized with brushless motor, so without brake and drag. This system eliminates all adjustments of the brakes to hold the coil so as those problems generated by the constant tearing sprockets.
2- An ultrasonic sensor automatically adjusts the speed of development of the coil, while a dancer gently keeps tension on the tape (paper or aluminum) before being inserted into the mould.
3 – Expandable reel support shaft. The supports with a security-locking system allow to change rolls quickly, easily and with a perfect axial alignment (always adjustable) of the coil with the mould.
